In preparation for the Cambria World Class conference we headed out into the dealerships to record some motivational interviews with some of Cambria’s top men. After some time in the editing chair we completed the conference video with a request from the customer to collate any mess ups in the interviews that were recorded, giving us little gem as an added bonus. We even added a “How not to take a customer call” phone call recording as the icing on the cake. The outtakes were included in the evening presentation of the event to give the attendees a humorous high to exit to.
